easy to make razor-sharp
I use this knife to clean abalone. Its soft metal blade is easy to get really really sharp - and that makes for quick work. The blade is a nice size to work with - not as long as the 110... though my instinct usually says "bigger is better" ... not this time - this size is handier.
The housing is solid and has a nice heft to it.
A fine hunting knife.
